Saison inspired ale brewed with locally grown and malted grain, locally grown raspberry cane (not fruit), and foraged goldenrod blossom. A moment in time in the natural world preserved through saison. This season's release opens up beautifully with notes of a lemon meringue pie displayed proudly on a bed of wildflower bouquets. Naturally carbonated to a wonderfully spritzy effervescence.
