473ml can served in a big snifter. Got it in a misbegotten (for him) trade with @Coronaeus. There's a nice, visible spot on the label for a date, and there appears to be some residual ink in it, but no idea what the date may have been.
Pours a very hazy whitish yellow with a medium-sized head. Head is very fine and dense. Smell is lots of citrus pith, some hop resin, something else vaguely fruity.
Taste is kind of similar - citrus pith, hop resin, vaguely fruity, except the vague fruitiness resolves a bit more clearly into something citrusy between oranges and lemons. Resin builds up a bit to provide a bit more striking profile, and the citrus flavor turns into a creamy, bright background.
Mouthfeel is airy, soft, and dry. Overall, quite nice.

473 mL can included in the 2022 Toronto Brewing beer advent calendar. Dated Nov 9 2022 and served slightly chilled. Billed as an NZ IPA, with a trio of kiwi (dry)hops: Nelson Sauvin, Motueka and Wai-iti.
Pours a turbid, muddy yellow colour, crowned with two fingers of billowing foamy white head that lasts for the better part of ten minutes. An elegant coat of stringy lace sticks to the glass, with a creamy collar and patchy, sudsy cap also lingering on - looks great so far. The aroma offers up notes of peach, apricot and lemon, with suggestions of white grape, lime zest and oats.
This is a delicious IPA, but it's hefty. There is a fair bit of bready malt and oatmeal sweetness in the background, but it's the juicy, fruity hop flavours of peach, mango, lemon and apricot that tantalized my taste buds most of all. There's plenty more stone fruit, grape sugar and candied citrus peel on the back end, with a token hint of grassy, floral & dank bitterness preceding a fruity, persistent aftertaste. A little boozy, but not in an intrusive way, i.e. about right for 7.5%. Full-bodied, with light carbonation that gently agitates the surface of the tongue; the mouthfeel is soft, smooth and downright creamy.
Final Grade: 4.35, an incredible A grade. Coast New Zealand IPA is enough to make this hophead swoon - just a fantastic hazy IPA all around, easily on par with some of the best that this province's beer shelves have to offer. You could put this in a line-up of Ontario's most highly rated IPAs and it would fit right in there - juicy, full-bodied, aromatic and a pleasure to sip from start to finish. It's out of stock at the moment, but do yourself a favour and try this beer without hesitation if you're presented with the chance to do so.
