Pours a crystal clear golden color with a luxuriously foamy head that lingers as a cap on the beer the entire journey down the glass and provides big stripes of lacing. Gorgeous Helles lager.
The nose features copious spicy grass notes, a good bit of lemon, white bread, and a smidge of honey. The spicy grass notes are forward and quite delicious on the taste, with the lemon, bread, and bit of honey providing balance.
The mouthfeel is medium and very crisp. This is a world class Helles, IMHO.

Canned 6/26/23; drank 11/24/23 @ the Family Compound.
Semi-opaque dull orange appearance.
A rough pour yielded a HUGE off-white head; frothy lacing remained.
Sweet corn, wheat bread & faint lemon notes in the nose.
Medium mouthfeel.
Wheat bread & mild honey flavors up front; mild lemon notes on the finish.
A bit sweet and a bit tart; overall, balanced & enjoyable. I'd have another.

Foggy dark gold with a tall, puffy off-white head floating like an island unto itself thanks to the magnificent slow pour here on-site, settling to a thick foam leaving blobs of coral lacing.
Exceedingly clean and softly crisp, faint toasted corns meet a hint of Golden Grahams before finishing very subtly herbal and dry.
The slick medium body froths up mid-palate before that dry swallow.
