Canned two and a half months prior. Light straw color, not entirely clarified, very minimal head on a moderate pour. Light carbonation gives a muted but very attractive aroma on the nose of corn, lemon, and yeast roll. Some nice oxidation on the palate, which sees plenty of hop florals and bitterness, with a touch of green apple tartness, dandelion greens and a touch of honey. Very dry finish. Really enjoyable.

Canned 8/23/22; drank 11/7/22 @ the Yarchives.
Cloudy pale yellow appearance.
A rough pour yielded a small bright white head; strong tree-rung lace.
Maize & lemon notes in the nose.
Medium mouthfeel.
Cornbread & lemon flavors. Simple, effective. A lot to like here.

Lightly foggy pale gold with a massive white head that hovers above the rim before settling to a persistent root beer float type foam leaving chunky arms of lace on the glass.
Grassier than the Hopper's Hell next to it, and accented by allium characteristics, this fittingly bitter and bone dry keller pils is a fantastic crusher that’s also assertive in a way not unlike some of Alchemist's wares. There may at times be a little more wild weed attributes than I would want, but it's a stellar brew all the same.
The medium-light body starts slightly fluid but again finishes very dry.
