Pours a slightly unfiltered golden straw color with the most beautiful creamy white head you’ve ever seen that coats the glass with lacing. Gorgeous German Pilsner.
The nose is crammed with nicely spicy noble hop aromas of spicy grass and a bit of lemon, plus a big dollop of white bread and some cracker.
The spicy grass and lemon are forward on the taste and quite delicious, with the substantial white bread and cracker providing a perfect balance to the subtle bitterness from the hops.
The mouthfeel is very crisp, perfect for this magnificent German Pilsner.

Canned 8/23/22; drank 11/6/22 @ the Yarchives.
See-through pale yellow/orange appearance; champagne bubbles throughout.
An even pour yielded a nice white head; strong, frothy lace.
Sweet corn, wheat & faint pine notes in the nose.
Medium thin mouthfeel.
Sweet corn & soft wheat flavors; mild pine bite on the finish.
Balanced & enjoyable; I'd sure have another!!

Chill hazed then clear pale gold with a tall and puffy yet airy white foam head that very slowly collapses to a very thickly chunky, uneven blanket leaving spongy lacing.
Quite biting of wild herbs and weeds, it nears pine resin at times but without any dank pungency or actual pine character. This is definitely their most assertive lager I’ve had so far, as what faint malt is present exhibits very, very mild biscuit on the exhale. Over time, the hops actually open up with a more floral complexity while somehow becoming less bitter.
The softly fluid medium body has a fine carbonation and finishes just dry.

16oz tall boy poured into a dimpled mug.
canned on date of 3/16/22. consumed on 3/29/22.
Appearance: Pale straw yellow bodied beer with huge bone white head.
Smell: Doughy and toasty grains. Smells very clean.
Taste: Sweet doughy malt. Hints of bread and biscuit. Light bitter earthy / spicy / herbal hop finish.
Mouthfeel: Light bodied beer with moderate carbonation. Soft and delicate bodied lager. Extremely drinkable.
Overall: This beer reminds me of a Zwickel with the doughy malt flavors present and a well balanced hop finish. This is really well craft small batch lager! Wow!
