Chill-fogged burnt red but otherwise clear reddish-amber with an airy yet tall off-white foam head that slowly settles and condenses to a delicately bubbly but level blanket with a curled collar that has a beautifully ridged cling.
The clear glass has encouraged a little aged-hop light-struckness that's a little gassy and pungent. This is accompanied by a crisply fizzy, faintly tart grisette-like base with mild accents of red grape skin and white wine booze finishing overall semi-bitter.
The medium-light body has a mild froth and finishes semi-dry.
