We did a Triple Decoction using a blend of Sugar Creek 2-Row & 6-Row Malt on this with a longer boil on each decoction than we would normally do.
We brewed this lager, hopped with our favorite Mitt hops, Fermented with Niteglow’s House Lager Yeast. Lagered the beer for a month then transferred on a hefty amount of Hop Head Farms Spalt Select hops for another month.

The head is magnificent, perhaps even more so than all the other pours we got this day at Seedz, looking like a dense peak of Teton meringue leaving thick lacing as if baked onto the glass over a chill hazed but otherwise clear golden body.
Pebbles actually does exhibit cantaloupe flavors, as advertised, with a semisweet, fruity constitution that’s also got a contrastingly rindy bitterness that keeps it balanced. The hops almost contribute a gassy yet tropical New Zealand sort of vibe that really makes for a crazily unique brew.
