Appearance - The beer was yellow with a huge white head.
Smell - Notes of both hay and funk were present in the nose. Neither was particularly strong.
Taste - Initially, the lemon and herbal notes stuck out. It brought to mind chamomile tea. There was a light funk before the dry finish.
Mouthfeel - With carbonation exhausted, the beer had a creamy feel.
Overall - The beer would great for a summer day.

Released 11/23/22; drank 11/27/22 @ the Yarchives.
Cloudy dull orange/yellow appearance.
A slow pour yielded a nice off-white head; strong tree-rung lace.
Peach, hay & barnyard funk notes in the nose.
Medium mouthfeel.
Dry hay, barnyard funk & mild peach flavors.
I wish the peach notes were as strong in the flavor as they were in the nose, but overall a nice brew.

Murky dark golden pour with a white head and plenty of rungs of lacing. Right away in the nose I get brett, lemon, peach and floral tones with bright oak. Taste is much the same, but the hazy yeast twist, while accenting citrus more, makes the saison backbone weaker, brett funk is at a preferred level of intensity though. Feel is bright, more funky than sour, dries out through the sip, medium bodied.
