16 oz can into a Becker glass.
L: Pours a lightly yeasted straw hay color with a fizzy white head that recedes to edge foam, steady carbo, light spots of lacing.
S: Soap, cereal grains, apple.
T: Muted everything. A light brine with distant sea salt notes, a vague orchard note, a touch of yeast, not much aftertaste at all.
F: Gently brisk with a light body and a short dry finish.
O: Not indicated but I'm fairly sure this is a Japanese Rice Lager. Very light and slightly brine-like. Crushable but could use some improvement. It is good in its style.
