Translucent amber with a short off-white foam head that fizzles out to a finely bubbly uniform collar.
A wonderfully rustic farmland funk meets exceptionally peppery oak in this prickly effervescent medium-light bodied ale. Hops add lightly skunky and bittering old world petrol accents while yeast contributes some pear and clementine. The finish is vanishing but then exhales some complex and mature white wine.
If this isn't a New Jersey gueuze, I don't know what ever could possibly be.
