Field & Oak began at the start of 2018 with the intention of crafting beers inspired by Belgian Lambic and Saison culture, brewing and blending techniques. The beers are uniquely representative of New Jersey agriculture and native yeast and bacteria through spontaneous fermentation. Field & Oak - a Spontaneous and Saison beer project by Kane Brewing.
