Fourth is our blend composed of one-, two-, three-, and four-year traditional spontaneous beer brewed between our Spring 2018 and Spring 2022 brewing seasons. The blend was aged in oak, tgg hr en bottle conditioned with young spontaneous beer for champagne-lime carbonation.
