Drinks with a light body, acidity, and refreshing high carbonation. Dry hopping provides additional structure to the mouthfeel and some hay-like aromatics that evolve over time with Brettanomyces in the bottle.

Delicious saison. Poured darker than I expected. Dark orange. Had the typical saison aroma of fruity esters. Taste was of funk and slight fruit. Very clean, nicely carbonated and well balanced. I would buy this one again, especially in the 750 mL format.
