2022 Harvest
Pours a clear light purple color, lingering white head. Typical funky aroma. Same with the taste. I have a hard time telling the difference between any of these fruited beers. They all taste the same to me. Acidic, funky, minimal sweetness. Need Tums after this one. Micro carbonation gives it an effervescent feel. Overall I like it, but they all taste the same to me.

Appearance is a sort of muddled brick red with a short fizzy white head that audibly dies out quickly to a spritzy surface.
Quite a potent tartness is mitigated by a lightly lifting effervescence delivering subtly herbal blackberry. At the same time, the aroma actually features a sort of kriek-like char or even darker oak type of character that makes for a unique expression for a blackberry lambic.
After catching that cherry quality in aroma, the taste too envelopes some kriek vibes, particularly dark cherry with hints of cinnamon. As it warms, a little damp cracker emerges to further soften the palate.
The effervescence really expands to a very pleasantly filling froth before disappearing into a power dry finish that's clean with no acidic burn.
