A blend of mature 2-year-old traditional spontaneously fermented beer with young all barley, fresh hopped spontaneously fermented beer. The beer was cold soaked overnight on hand harvested New Jersey Elderflower before being refermented on New Jersey Red Methley plums. Elderflower Methley Plum drinks like pink lemonade, with an aroma of lychee, fresh cut flowers and plum skins.
