(12 oz can, canned on 08/26/2021; purchased cold, egregiously-expensive six-pack at the brewery... poured into a 14 oz mug)
L: relatively-clear, washed-out, pale gold liquid, very mild haze; crumbly white sud static, resulting in bubbly collar... by the end, little collar and no lace
S: sourdough, whisper of sulfur, wet pennies... underlying, blurry tones of pithy lemon/grapefruit peel, lightly-toasted pils malt, crackily bread crust... decent expression, mild intensity
T: lemon cookie up front, soft crescendo of caramel in the middle, flowery (non-spiced) graham cracker aftertaste... the dimensions of the malt flavors expand as it goes, obvious mid-light caramel malt takes shape...
F: bit of a silky texture and subtle viscosity to its light body; sanded-down dry finish, no snap or cut, but a pleasant-enough vanishing fade with a quiet alcohol afterglow... perhaps a delicate powdery film left on the palate... little sizzle, but overall slugable
O: third can I've tried from the pack in the last 24 hrs, with this one being the best experience... colder, the bitter, metallic elements and little of the malt shows... basic malty-toasty lager with zilch hop focus (1829)
