Unfiltered pilsner
It’s as if this glows in the glass, a clear white gold.
Low aroma, with a crisp and full bodied noble hop presence on the sip. Drying finish. Another wonderful Wondrous winner!

Appearance: Translucent pale straw yellow body. Bone white head that stacks up really tall and has great staying power. Fluffy head for sure.
Smell: grainy and bready malts with a hint of noble hops.
Taste: Toasted grain. Light corn sweetness. Herbal / floral /grassy hops to balance the malt profile. Mild hops building to the low end of moderate with some lingering bitterness in the finish.
Mouthfeel: Light bodied lager. Moderate carbonation. Absolutely Crushable. Fluffy texture.
Overall: Another incredible lager experience from Wondrous. These guys really know how to brew impressive lagers. Complex and delicious lager or sure.

Sweet and light honey malty and lemony citrus nose on this one! Taste follows with a bready malty and slight old school hoppy bitter finish. This is very clean and crisp even though it says it's unfiltered. As it warms, that crispness turns into a bready softness on the palate. This is a tasty Czech Style Pils!

Pours a pale semi-bright straw with two fingers of fluffy white foam on top. Aroma is pale malts, wafers, and earthy malts. Grassy and herbal hops come on late, adding some contrast to the malts. Flavor profile is splendidly simple - wafers, earthy, bready, and mild pale malts work alongside grassy hops to keep this mild beer dancing. Mouth feel is medium-thin with a crisp, refreshing texture. Overall, crisp, refreshing, and clean. It has just enough dynamics via the hops to keep it intriguing, while delivering a malty delight otherwise.
