Dry hopped German style Pilsner
Brewed with German Pilsner malt, hopped with Tettnang in the kettle and then gently dry hopped with some beautiful German Saphir. We’ve been dreaming about this beer for months, taking samples off of the tank almost daily and constantly being in awe of how soft, luscious and crispy this beer is. We hope you enjoy this beer as much as we do :)

Bought from Good Times Oakland. Number on bottom of can , 112. Day of the year of 2025?
Pours a clear straw gold with a small but long lasting head of foam. Lacing is good.
Smell is noble hops like, spicy, floral. Very nice.
Taste is spicy, hops are noble like, bready, light lemon presence. Falls just a bit short of the smell.
Good mouthfeel, very good Pilsner. Btw, my can says 4.8% abv.

On the slow pour
Beautiful clarity, creamy foam, just a fantastic biscuity note with some grassy hops. Tight carbonation and a crisp finish rounds this one out. Fantastic!

This is pretty tasty lager as well. Not quite s good as the Helles though.
