No canning date (released on 11/10/21, so presumably canned within a few days of that date); consumed on 11/18/21
Pours a lightly foggy lemon/sunflower gold body topped with multiple fingers of densely soapy, eggshell-white foam; great head retention leaves a craggy finger of cap, a wavy, moderate collar of collar, and myriad spread of webby/spotty lacing sprawling across the walls of the glass.
Aroma features grapefruit and a light pine undertone upfront, a vague lemon twang soon stoking wisps of citric dank and an air of pineapple; tinges of ripe papaya, fade to a catty dank back end meeting flaky malts for closing impressions.
Taste brings light melon notes building into resinous peach textures and a flaky malt undertone; grapefruit peel sporting an added depth of tinge of orange zest across the mid-palate eases to crisp tones of pine and fresh lemon zest on the finish.
Mouthfeel has a medium-light body with a fluffy, rounded moderate-high carbonation, dispersing to silky resins grazing the mid-palate and a crisp, nearly flaky prickle into the back end; a fading bitterness is trailed by a delicate twang, enlivening a pseudo-juicy character on the finish.
Soft resins feed into a deft malt foundation as the hop profile engages old-school flavor with edges of tropical dank; a level approach drinking below its ABV with a refreshing and balanced layout.
