Pale, clear, light yellow body; sparse carbonation; incredibly huge, rocky, white head; thick and long lasting; sticky. Dank smelling; some floral and tropical fruit notes, too. Light biscuit-like malt base; subtle esters commingling with a light to moderate hop bitterness; lemon grass. Medium body; soft and pillowy; well-rounded dryness with a nice, soft residual sugar presence.
An incredibly balanced and flavorful pilsner that seems to meld the hoppy profile of classic west coast India pale ales with the easy taste and feel of a light pilsner.
Pouring temperature: 45 °F; canning info: 10.18.22

A beautiful modern American light lager. Pale yellow and crystal clear. A thin and crispy body supports a wonderful explosion of modern hip flavor with passion fruit, kiwi, white grape, and blood orange coming to mind for me.
Really wonderful expression of mosaic and Nelson hops laid out in an incredibly drinkable format.

Pours a foggy pale straw with a finger of white foam. Aroma is tropical fruits, citrus, and light earthy hops up front. It maintains a 'juicy' start, despite heavy lager undertones. Finish is pilsner, with bready, wafery malts smoothing out the end. It's a symbiotic yin-yang from start to finish. Actually noted "wow" during my notes on the aroma. Flavor profile is big tropical fruits out front - papaya, orange, mango, and melon. Midway through, it transitions to a smooth lager, with heavy wafers, regular bread and pilsner malt. It's smooth. Mouth feel has a fuzzy start, but finishes crisp. Thickness is medium. Overall, an amazing use of hops, and when combined with the lager base, creates a unique, satisfying, and crisp beer.

What to the what?!?! Nelson hoppy dank plus mosaic hoppy dank aromatics on a crispyboi?! Taste follows exactly with a beautifully balanced, light honey-bready malty, clean and crisp, dank hoppy finish. Damn!!! Everything plays well together and the hoppiness works well with the malty sweet vibes. I think I found my new favorite hoppy lager! Absolutely outstanding!!!
