Golden amber brew with plenty of fine-grained foam in the Affligem chalice. Nice aroma of alfalfa, straw, and a whiff of mustard greens. Pleasant cereal taste with a lovely kiss of hops. Flavors of malt, grapes, and a touch of mint. Hints of green apricot in the finish. Just slightly bitter in the aftertaste, and overall it's quite tasty. A better than average Lager, however you might categorize it. From the 16 oz can purchased at O'Shea Brewing. Dated 01/11/24.
