Crisp, clean, and bubbly. Illinois country apples harvested at peak freshness. Squeezed right into the fermenter to turn you Into a giggling goose. Gulp.

I believe this was the strongest 'beer' consumed the first day of the reunion and Midwest trip.
Apple beer pours with an appearance halfway (or 1/3'rd? I dunno, I Steiner math it) between juice, cider and beer. Its that color, but with a pretty thin 1/5" white head. Had an aroma of apples. Story checks out.
The taste was absolutely apple dominated, hey, its an apple ale, works for me. Good mouthfeel, at this light of a malt bill, there were concerns of booziness, but this handled it pretty well. Seems like it could be a dangerous beer it drank so easily. Good carbonation on it. There isn't a bunch of nuance on it, but they are who they said they were. An apple beer. Yeah if you want all that nutmeg and cinnamon not to mention yeast, barley, hops, etc. . . you might not find this beer to be complex enough. But if you want an apple flavored alcohol delivery system, this will tick those boxes.
Just added this beer to this Next Glass owned database. I'm also the first one to provide a review for it. You're welcome! Respect Next Glass lulz.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
