A Grisette is a well-known type of Saison popular with miners. The light baby Saison also known as a Grisette. This session strength beer has the farmhouse pepper, Belgian flavor, indicative of the yeast and hops with wheat as the character grain. We just couldn't help but to add a light peach flavor to complement this great farmhouse ale.
