Brewed with Pilsner malt, white wheat. Dry-hopped with Perle hop for an Earthy/Spicey character. Fermented with a classic Saison yeast strain. Dry and effervescent.

i was hoping for a few more beers of interest on the fermentation side here, given their name and all, especially in the saison space, but they had two on that were pretty conventional in terms of yeast, this one here might be little more than a common french saison strain, its nicely used here, and the beer is good, but its a little generic and unexciting, especially compared to my expectations. pale yellow golden from the tap, clearish and high white headed, simple looking, and its minimal in the nose too, a light pear ester from the yeast, a belgian wrinkle to it, but more of just the grain to me, white wheat, some european pils malt i would guess, a bit of a cereal vibe to this, fresh and sort of organic seeming, pleasant but maybe overly familiar, which is true in the taste too. lightly white winey from the yeast, green apple, clover, tea, and straw, springy and alive, but not exotic or wild or really even very interesting overall, well made as it seems to be. nice finishing and dryness, high carbonation is spot on too, but give me a brett pitch or something next time, wanted a little more out of this...
