It pours a strawberry color with a notable fogginess to the transparency. Head is two fingers of white foam. Aroma is honey & blueberry with a little more focus on the latter. Crackers, bread, and clove fill up the rest of the aroma. Flavor profile is blueberry & honey, but not super sweet. Good crackers, bread, and spicy hops behind. Mouth feel is medium-thin in thickness with a soft texture. Overall, the base Kolsch notes work well with blueberry and honey, making for a little extra intrigue beyond the typical notes.
