On Lukr tap at Cohesion Brewing in Denver, CO.

This one pours a nice golden straw yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.

This smells like crackery and biscuity malt sweetness, hay, and herbal hops.

This is perfectly balanced between all elements. There’s a little bit of sweetness, a little bit of bitterness, and such a wonderful creaminess to it. It’s light, but so flavorful, with a bready and hay-like sweetness, some herbal and spicy hop character, with the bitterness lingering just slightly on the finish.

This is light bodied, clean, crisp, and extremely drinkable.

This is absolutely stunning.

On draft at the brewery, via lukr faucet

Clear medium golden color, thick layer of bright white colored head. Great head retention and lacing. Aroma of doughy malt and grassy hops. Similar taste, with a crisp finish. Smooth feel.

Tap pour at The Silver Stamp. Served chilled in a dimpled mug with handle.
Looks to be a clear body, with a dark gold color. Meringue head with an off white head. Leaves interrupted cream lacing on the glass.
Aroma of sweet toasted malts, with a hint of ripe fruit.
Taste is biting and a little sweet. Mineral note. Toasted bready malts and bitter fruit hops. Aftertaste is there but releases its grip quickly.
More than medium mouthfeel. Coats the mouth, but ends clean. Excellent carbonation.
Really full of real beer flavor for a lower ABV% lager.

Fun stuff creamy German lager at Tap and Handle. Some kind of nitro tap that makes the malt like a snow cone. Decent enough, make more of these and beer scene will be fine.

Beautiful pour with just the most amazing creamy cap. Crisp, clear, generously hopped with a bit of spice. Touch of sweetness on the finish. Delicious.

I'm so glad that a local recommended Cohesion Brewing during our visit to Denver. This is a very worthy Czech style pilsner, in the vein of Pilsner Urquell (as they indicate in their description). This is an excellent beer.

just amazing that an american brewery could pull this off, authenticity through the roof, modeled on an urquell from what i understand, light and crackery and fresh on the grain side, european through and through, and then exceedingly hoppy and bitter on the finish, the hoppiest of the beers we had in here, hands down. their draft system here is so amazing, side pours right from the lagering tanks yield several inches of high white head on this stiff and peaky as beaten egg whites. a little rust tint to the beer, close to clear but not cleaned up at the expense of charatcer. the nose is lightly bready to me, rustic, hearty, and floral from the hops, light bitter orange to them, a hint of mint or sage or something herbal there, almost an estery thing, but more classically noble in the flavor with some finishing spice before the bitterness hits and a definite grassy note. i love how the finish is both dry but also bitter enough to linger through the swallow, herbal and fresh still, but relatively intense, especially compared to their others, but this does nothing to limit drinkability, still low alcohol, clean on the lagering, and really professionally done overall. great carbonation with a nice soft almost creamy feel from this draft setup, just amazingly good. my favorite we had in here, i cant wait to go back! this is not to be missed. i know bierstadt gets all the hype, but these guys are doing lagers every bit as compelling, swear to god!

This is supposed to be their take on the classic Pilsner Urquell, but I almost got a saison vibe from it, which was fine by me. There was just a hint of the peppery finish that a lot of new saisons have, which is backed up by their description of sweet hay and herbal notes. Interesting beer here, and one I'd try again.
