This is the seccond "Yuzu" fruited beer I've had in Japan. I'm still unfamiliar with taste, but I'd say the common unusual flavor of both was a type of strawberry you'd find in candy.
Dirty brown color and cloudy. Muddy light does pass through. Lasting but small head. Larger streaks left on the glass.
The smell reminds me of rose hops. There’s a bit of strawberry candy sweetness.
The sweetness remains and still seems artificial. Decent body and elevated carbonation. The taste begins (dry) malty and slowly becomes sweeter. The finish and aftertaste are closer to soda than most beers.
