Poured from 32oz crowler that I got at the brewery into a dimpled mug.
Appearance: pale straw hue with a very light touch of haze and a thick finger of frothy ivory foam atop. Looks good for the style.
Smell: lightly yeasty and grainy; not too complex. Decent enough for a light lager.
Taste: slightly sweet malt with a little bit of yeasty twang. There's a grainy flavor too, especially at the end. It's not bad, but the slight twang makes it seem not as clean as it could be.
Mouthfeel: light body with a decent carbonation and okay creaminess.
Overall: as expected from the style, there's not a lot of richness to the flavor here. But there's also a good level of drinkability, especially on a nice warm day.
