Bought this elegantly labeled 500 ml bottle from Beermiscuous.
Only my second from Sundial. (But that's mostly because I'm cheap and have a tendency to hesitate to pay for this quality.)
For a two year old brewer, several qualities are surprising about Coupage.
First, it has a rich foam. ( I also give Looks points for thoughtful labels.) While Smells are a bit muted for saisons, Tastes are balanced and improved my leftovers of pasta and red sauce. And the hoppy after-taste helped moderate the vinegar in the salad's dressing. But the big quality is Coupage has a Lucious Feel.
I'm liking Sundial more. I'd like to drink them more... but I'm too cheap and change in my character is hard to come by when you are pushing 70. But, I will try to keep an open mind and look more for Sundial. A Votre Sante'!

I had this on draft 7/31/23 @ the Beer Temple.
Opaque orange appearance.
HUGE off-white head; a thick curtain of tree-rung lace remained.
Lemon, orange peel & mild funk notes in the nose.
Medium mouthfeel.
Lemon & orange peel flavors up front; mild funk notes on the finish.
A very pleasant saison. I'd have another!
