Blend of Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre from Lodi, CA that underwent native fermentation on the skins for 30 days before being pressed and aged on American Oak for 6 months. Barrel fermented & aged saison was added to it to co-ferment. After initial fermentation, it was barrel aged for 6 months and bottle conditioned for an additional 6 months.

Juicy fruity, deep crimson, wild barrel funk, wet oak, eucalyptus, raspberry, black cherry, creamy texture, saturated dark red fruits. Mild acidity, fruit forward, juicy red blend. Another hit from Sundial.
