Appearance - Very hazy, light golden around edge, heading toward light amber at the center. Active carbonation (very tiny bubbles) with thick foam head. Dissipates a little slow, but not an issue. Some large lacing along edge.
Aroma - VERY light. Sweet yeast/fruit.
Taste - Somewhat strong "sour apple" taste. Very pleasant to me. Aftertaste is not too strong, very pleasant experience for a saison.
Mouthfeel - Thin with little to no palate coating.
Overall - Definitely rate this Outstanding for me. Some may find heading toward "world-class." And I could see others putting in the "very good" range. I would be surprised to see any below a very good rating.
