I had this beer on-tap in a pint glass at the Deschutes tap house in Portland.
Appearance: cloudy light orange with plenty of haze. Minimal tan head. Good!
Smell: grassy, hay like aroma with a nice farmhouse funk. There's a light tropical fruitiness in the mix which works well for me. I quite like it.
Taste: sweet and funky with some of that same tropical fruitiness. Good, but a little sweet for my taste for a saison.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a great carbonation and big satisfying creaminess. Actually quite wonderful.
Overall: tasty, but a little sweet for my preference. Overall, though, a very decent saison.

On tap on 7.10.13.
This lovely Saison provides a complex malt body formed from generous use of Vienna and Spelt malts which are bound together with flaked oats. The aroma is spicy and herbal; a result of perle hops melding with a classic saison yeast strain.
IBUs 31 | Alcohol by Vol. 6.3%
Very malty and spicy. Light on the tongue, and easy drinking. Enjoyable, and probably the best 'Saison' I have had from Deschutes.
