On tap at the Portland brewpub.
A: A clear pale yellow with light dusting of off-white foam on the top.
S: Bananas with fruity esters. Flowery. Belgian yeast.
T: Follows nose with bananas taking the lead. Light, summery. A nice Belgian yeast pop with peppery seasonings on the finish.
O: A decent saison. Brand new. Glad I got to try it. Good addition to the lineup.
