Can into nucleated Pilsner
Look: Clear, pale golden yellow, pouring nearly a 1 finger fizzy head which quickly dissipated into a ring with sheeting
Smell: Biscuity malt, fresh cut grass, herbal hops, hint of lemon. Medium nose
Taste: Mellow biscuity malt and lemon. Swallow brings some grassiness and herbal hops, with a touch of yeast funks
Feel: Med-light body and super crisp. Slightly thin feel
Overall: Crushable, clean lager, with a distinctive flavor

Look...Very pale yellow with a very slight haze and a while disintegrating white head
Smell...grainy grass and light hint of wheat.
Taste...Bitter citrus off the top with plenty of hop with the hint of sweet if only for a split second. Drying bitter Pils finish
Feel...loose and easy drinking with a rather slick note that easily consumed. a good amount of lacing with ample lacing
Overall...what a well constructed beer that I really enjoy. this is def close to a Pils to me. This beer is worth a look for sure . Excellent

The Climate Could Use a Beer.
Industrial agriculture hasn’t exactly been easy on our climate. So why not give it a break? We brew this lager with Regenerative Organic Certified rye, organic hops, barley, and Kernza, a soil-saving, carbon-capturing, perennial grain.
Appearance: Poured about half the can into a tall slender Pilsner flute glass, yielding a clear faint golden straw base, generous bright white bubbly head that lingers for a couple minutes before leaving faint clumpy lacing, a thin cover over the base, fuller around the rim. Carbonation slow and sustained throughout. 4.0
Aroma: Cracker, salt, pepper. Light to medium, enjoying what I gleam. 3.5
Taste: Consistent with the aroma, a little bolder presentation with cracker, nice pepper and salt, a taste of honey. A bit sweet, it not too sweet. All blend well together. 4.25
Mouthfeel: Drinks light and easy, below the 4.7% ABV. Carbonation faint and gentle throughout, but slightly adds to a light crisp body. Edges sweet, lightly dry, comes together well. Pepper salt cracker start to finish. Very nice. 4.5
Overall: This is a very good Organic Lager. Light and easy drinking for a perfect Chicago day. Love Deschutes, this beer adds to my Love. 4.25
