Hopped in the kettle with Centennial and Citra incognito. Fermented on Grapefruit, and dry hopped with Waimea, and Cryo Citra. Finished off with NZ Cascade Hop Kief from Freestyle Hops.

A - Pours a lightly hazed straw yellow with a nice fizzy white head.
S - Aroma is grapefruit, pilsner malts and floral hops.
T - The taste is heavy grapefruit, lemon, lime, pilsner malts and some bitter floral hops.
M - Medium body with medium carbonation. Soft mouthfeel with a nice crisp finish.
O - Solid west coast pilsner.
