On draft at the brewery, served in pilsner glass.
Appears a very pale straw color, with bone white head colored head. Great lacing, pretty good head retention. Aroma and flavor is pretty smokey, along with very pale malt. Thinner bodied

Very light golden color. Aroma has some sour notes, slightly fruity and fermented. Wow, interesting! Such complex flavor, was not expecting this when I judged it based on the color. Flavor starts a little sour/tart and then fermented then smoky then rounds out with a very pleasant grainy / nutty flavor that transitions into a really nice aftertaste. The aftertaste is smoky and sweet... almost meaty but in a good way. This would pair really well with smoked or grilled meat. No bitterness. Body is excellent but significant astringency. I would probably buy another can of this, but I don't know if I'm ready for a 6 pack. It's a really unique beer that I appreciate.

First time trying this style, pretty excited.
L: Hazy pale yellow, light head that quickly dissipates.
S: Quite interesting. Sweet smoke, oak, lemon, a hint of vanilla cream, funk, a bit Pilsner-like, some grassy/floral hints. Like no other beer I’ve had before.
T: Not as sweet as the nose implies. Upfront wheat malt, then floral hops, melon, a touch of lemon, oak, and smoke throughout. In fact, not much sweetness at all.
F: Quite dry and crisp, a bit thin.
O: Wow. Not like any other style I’ve had, except maybe a few pilsners? The difference between the nose and the taste is quite abrupt. It’s certainly quite light, and I wouldn’t have any problem pounding it if it weren’t so interesting.
