Carey is an American lager that we brewed up with our pals from @reelminntavern American grown pilsner malt and a bit of flaked corn were paired with classic Oregon grown Willamette hops. The beer is a little grassy and peppery with a dry finish that pairs wonderfully with expertly fried chicken.

Clear, light gold color packed with dense and lively carbonation; thick head, white with a semi-creamy appearance, long-lasting. Fantastic nose; light bread crust offset with sweet, fruity esters; fresh pear. Delicate light malt base flavor with a slightly peppery hop taste; biscuit. Light to medium-light mouthfeel; generally lager smooth with a bit of ticklish carbonation on the tongue; light dryness.
A very good lager that really thrives when allowed to warm by about 5 °F or so.
ABV: 4.5%; pouring temperature: 43.5 °F; canning info: 07/28/25

16oz can from Tavour. Deep golden, clear pour, foamy head fades quickly. Bready aroma. Taste is grainy, biscuity, mild sweetness up front, clean. A little sweet tingle remains on the palate.
