Pours a nearly clear straw color with a fluffy white head that leaves little ringlets of lacy. Beautiful Pilsner.
The nose captures the citrus notes courtesy of the Citra hops and the orange blossom, and the honey provides a really nice balance on the nose and especially on the taste.
The mouthfeel is on the lighter side and very crisp, adding to the drinkability. This could’ve easily gone off the rails, but the brewery showed a deft touch in providing an experimental Pilsner that stays true to its Pilsner roots.

Dry hopped Pilsner with citra and orange blossom honey.
The honey comes out across the nose and sip in a very welcomed and balanced manner. It’s on the sweeter side but delightful all the same.
