Sweet Simcoe hoppy, a hint of white wine grape, and a lemony citrus nose on this one! Taste follows with a super-clean and crisp, piney-hoppy bitter finish. This needs more Nelson dankness on the backend (of course!) and outside of the Nelson, this is not my favorite hop profile, but this is well done and a delicious westie!

Gorgeous pour. Golden backing into straw hued with a bountiful head. Solid retention. Scattered lacing.
Nose is green. But only slightly dank. More hop pellets meet alfalfa. But nice.
Flavor is more of the same. Green with hints of onion, and maybe some berry.
Mouthfeel is a tad light, decent carbonation.
