Clear golden brew with plenty of foam in the Ommegang chalice. Spritzy and lively mouthfeel with nectarine in the nose. Fruity flavor with a bitterness that spreads like an ink blot. Sharp edges without much of any malty relief. But interesting bold taste of peach and mango and ummm, more bitterness. Overall this is a serious hoppy brew and I wonder what it would taste like if they just omitted the two cryo hop products. From the 16 oz can purchased at O’Shea Brewing. Dated 2/19/26 in bold numbers, thank you. Hops are nectaron, simcoe, amarillo, amarillo cryo, and strata cryo.
