Collaboration with Cellarest Beer Project (Asheville). Pilsner, Munich, wheat and spelt malts from Epiphany Craft Malt (Durham), Tulsi (holy basil) from Whaley Farmstead (Black Mountain). East Kent Goldings hops from Hukins Hops (Kent, UK). Fermented dry with classic DuPont yeast strain.
