Poured from a can. Yellowish on color with a decent sized head and a little lacing. Smells of grain, fruit and hints of honey. Flavor follows the smell with a slight sourness to the finish.

This is a very good saison for what seems like a first release. Relative to the competition, Birds & Bees is a good saison. But for this to be a better saison, it needs a better yeast.
Birds & Bees Looks interesting at the pour, a huge voluminous head. But the big bubbles belie that the foam is short-lived as is its lace. Smells are malt sweetened by honey with hops in the mix; interesting, but not really fruity. Tastes are balanced and the hops finish the brew semi-dry. Medium-mouthed and bubbly, but not quite full.
That said, this is an impressive saison from a nano (seemingly a one man shop). I like Twelve Percent and have drank several interesting brews from their clients/partners. I like how Twelve Percent is a new concept in the micro-incubator strategy. And Eredita' strikes me as very thoughtful and talented.... particularly if Birds & Bees is their only Belgian-inspired of note. In a tightening market, let's see if this strategy keeps Eredita's talent brewing.

The pour is marigold colored. On the taste, I'm getting some white bread, floral, honey, & earthy herbal notes. Cheers! B

Canned 2025/04/16
Pours a fizzy 1 finger head with fair retention, a touch of lacing, semi hazy golden straw color
Nose is very effervescent, floral phenols, flowery, spices, citrus fruity, lemon zest, lemongrass, star fruit, some honey as well, a touch of Kiwi style hops
Taste brings more of the floral spices, a little coriander like, clove, semi sweet honey, but dry overall, lots of fruity esters, orchard fruit with apple pear, lemon zest, lemongrass, a bit of doughy wheat like character and cracker malt, general honey, med to light bitterness with some Kiwi style grassy floral fruity hops, a little white grape skin, dry finish, lingering saison characters, a little more bitterness
Mouth is med bod, higher effervescent and prickly carb
overall quite nice, enjoyable on a hot summer day

Slightly cloudy straw yellow color with a modest but lasting white head and some bits of lacing.
The aroma is honey and somewhat floral.
The taste is light caramel malt, fresh bread, honey with a hint of lemon, slightly sweet. The finish is dry with a citrus/floral note, mild bitterness. The body is light/medium, good carbonation level, smooth and very drinkable.
Altogether, this is mild but very pleasant in flavor, tasty and refreshing, should work well with most food, especially salads, seafood and other lighter fare. It is also good as a general summer cooler, very well done.

16oz can. Poured out a slightly cloudy, golden orange color with a small, white head of foam. It left sudsy lacing. It smelled of lemon, caramel, wheat and spices. Great spicy taste with caramel and bread malt.
