I had this beer on-tap in a tumbler at the brewery.
Appearance: straw hue with a clear body and a finger of creamy white foam atop. Attractive!
Smell: slightly funky, slightly fruity, slightly smoky. A bit confused, perhaps, but enticing.
Taste: lightly wheaty malt flavor with a solid but not overpowering smoke. There's also a bit of graininess that adds a drying effect. I like it a lot.
Mouthfeel: light body with a big carbonation that manages to be creamy despite its lightness. Well done!
Overall: at 3.1%, I could drink this stuff all day long. Light, refreshing, interesting -- great stuff!
