Picked this up on a recent trip to Windmill Farms. Untappd description for this beer was “Hazy IPA loaded with juicy Mosaic & El Dorado hops. Malts: Golden Promise, flaked oats.” OK, let’s roll…
Poured a medium yellow semi-hazy color with 3-to-4 fingers of frothy off-white head. Could see some bubbles coming up along the sides of the glass. Outstanding spotty lacing. Excellent retention. (Sight - 4.25)
Smelled pretty damn good from the beginning. Got sharp grapefruit, pineapple, El Dorado, melon, tangerine, pear, stone fruit, peach, Mosaic, floral, hints of Juicy Fruit, mango and guava. Just as good out of the can. (Smell - 4.00)
Taste followed the nose nicely. In order got El Dorado, sharp grapefruit, pineapple, melon, tangerine, pear, stone fruit, floral, peach, Mosaic, hints of Juicy Fruit, mango and guava. (Taste - 4.00)
Medium body. Creamy texture. Lively carbonation. Long, juicy finish. (Feel - 4.25)
Just an outstanding hazy IPA. I think I underrated it too. (Overall - 4.00)

Pour from tall colorful pint can as deep hazy golden yellow with light flakes of bottom sediment, big fluffy quickly fading foamy head and tiny tickling carbonization. Juicy notes of grapefruit citrus and packed full of bursting El Dorado and Mosaic hops. Nice Long Beach micro brew at 6.6ABV.

A nice bright, tingly Mosaic and Amarillo ride.
Floral citrus, grapefruit, mango, peach, melon, and a little herbal back end.
Yes, it's hazy. Head is good, some retention, and lite lacing.
Overall, a nice ride.
