Picked up a can while volunteering at the Eighth State festival on 7-27-24. Canned 5-23-24; consumed 10-16-24.
Beer poured pale gold with a very nice white head.
Nose is bready and crackery with light fruits.
Taste is really well done as the pilsner malts bring a crackers and white bread foundation. Getting a very nice touch of pears and apples from the Yuzu. Finishes nicely balanced with an herbal black pepper zippy finish.
Mouthfeel is light bodied and so very refreshing and crisp.
Overall, the brewing team did an awesome job and packing in a ton of flavor in a 3.8% abv package! Definitely a great beer for the warmer months of the year, wish i had access to this!
