16oz can served in a curvy Monhegan pint glass. Dated 10/07/25. Bought it at Full Throttle Bottles yesterday.
Pours clear honey-gold with a medium sized head. Dregs of the can have some sediment, but not enough to really diminish the clarity. Smell is dank and weedy, pine and resin. Tons of floral hop character.
Taste is melon and banana (strata?), bitterness comes late and manifests as lemon and grapefruit zest. Not that strong at 7.2%, but has a noticeable booze presence. Overripe tropical fruit juiciness.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied, not quite thick or sticky, nice prickliness. Overall, pretty good fresh hop beer.

Poured into a Seattle Beer Week pint glass. Pours a slightly hazy, medium golden amber with a fine, one finger white head with great retention and solid lacing. Aroma of lightly caramel and pale malt, citrus hops, lemon, orange, grapefruit and light mixed tropical fruit. Flavor is pale malt, citrus hops, grapefruit, lemon, citron, hints of pine and mixed fruit, solid assertive bitterness. Medium bodied with light to moderate creaminess. A classic Citra hop bomb. Fine herbal hop character in the pour and from the glass. Hop profile is virtually all citrus, but with suggestions of other fruit and a little resin in the finish. One of the more bitter fresh hops I had this year and gets kudos for that. I was intrigued by the higher complexity of the Irrelevant Citra fresh hop I had the other night, which had more mixed fruit character, but this is what I expect and like in a Citra single hop ale. Nicely done. Top drawer fresh hop.
