Drunk fresh at the source in January 2025.
L: Crystal clear, golden yellow, with a smattering of white head and a thick column of medium-sized bubbles hustling up the glass.
S: Sweet, bready malts, grain, and a slight kiss of citrusy hops.
T: Crisp yet sweet, with a touch of diacetyl and grain and the aforementioned slight, citrusy and lemony hops.
M: The body is somewhat thin but appropriate based on other Mexican lagers. Carbonation and carbonic bite are low.
O: This is a tasty Mexican-style lager, light on massive flavour hits but crushable on a hot day at or after the beach, as per the particular Mexican-brewed archetype of the style.
