This beer is an easy-drinking peach beer made from fruit from Parkers Farm right here in Vassalboro. The original beer was co-fermented with our house ale yeast and our favorite brettanomyces for primary fermentation, and then fruited a second time with frozen Parkers peaches before packaging.
