375ml bottle served in a snulip. If the bottle has a date, I don't see it. Got it from @Coronaeus.
Pours a brassy pinkish purple with a huge fizzy head that settles into a thick, lively ring. Tons of active carbonation, constantly replenishing the ring and bubbling up in the center. Smell is more on the saison side than the grape/riesling side. Wood and funk. But the grapes definitely have a presence.
Taste is an interesting balance between those two -- grapy, and saison-y. Some spice and earthy wood, some grape juice sweetness.
Mouthfeel is light and super effervescent. Overall, interesting and tasty beer.
