Crafted with European malted barley and spelt, a touch of specialty German malt, Czech Saaz hops, and our favorite farmhouse ale yeast. Step-mashed and naturally carbonated. Notes of candied lemon peel, white peppercorn, freshly-baked bread, and a hint of grapefruit.
It is named after Caesarion (47 - 30 BCE), who was the son of Cleopatra and Julius Caesar. He is known for being the last pharaoh of Ptolemaic Egypt and was executed by Octavian, who would later be known as Augustus, Rome's first emperor. Caesarion's name translates to "Little Caesar" in Greek.
